Rupert and Paul arrived earlier than expected after calling to ensure it was acceptable, which was perfect! Professional, thorough, pleasant and kind - even with three very unhappy objecting dogs on hand. Excellent service and the house immediately felt better! Highly recommend this company. The appointment was confirmed the day before, service was seamless. Thanks so much for an excellent job!
