Quick Dry Carpet Care

The service is very good. They did an outstanding job to make very dirty wall to wall come to life again. They carpets dried within 2 hours, as they are different thicknesses. I did have a problem the next day, and called twice with a very simple question. Have not heard back which is very disappointing. I was going to have him come back to do another part of my home. After sales is just as important as the actual service done.

I would give this company five stars for the actual cleaning. I really like the result. However (and it's a big one) I'd give zero for reliability and professionalism. Three out of three times I hired them, they showed up more than two hours late (with no phone call) or didn't show up at all, and I had to reschedule. Eventually I had to go with a different company. If you're taking time off work for this, or travelling across town, or need reliability for any reason, beware!

I used QuickDry's services to clean carpets in my hallway and rooms. I was happy with the end result and could see and feel the difference. I do think that it was very expensive, especially that I needed to buy an additional product as there was pet stains and without the special solution, the actual cleaning would of made it worse according to the technician. So it ended costing a lot more than I originally expected but the results were good and the technicians were friendly. They are worth considering in my opinion but be prepared to maybe pay more than expected.

When selling my home I hired two carpet cleaners in fairly rapid succession. Of the two I was significantly happier with the level of service from Quick Dry versus the other carpet cleaning company. Quick Dry was prompt and cleaned the carpet in multiple stages. They were on time, personable, brought two people for the job (brothers), and moved couches with no problem. Was very pleased with the result / process / cost.

I am very happy with the job QuickDry did... My carpets were dirty because of food and kids accidents. All stains are now completely removed. Carpet were dry in 1 hour, smells great, fast job, excellent communication And very punctual. Worth the money

We hired Quick Dry to clean carpet in one room and two staircases. They have an ad on their website for 2 hallways and a room for $59; for two staircases and a room they quoted us something higher than that (which is fine; stairs are more expensive), but the end price was WAY more than the quote. If they had told us it would cost $350 to clean the carpets we likely still would have hired them, but we were really unhappy that the quote and actual differed so significantly because it felt like a bait and switch and it messed up our budgeting. They did a good job cleaning, but their business practices left us feeling unhappy and we won't hire them again because of it.
