Happy Bathroom Renovations

I chose Happy Bathrooms for the following reasons:
-My friend recommended the company to me as she had her bathroom renovated by them and was very happy with their services.
-When I met with Eugene for the initial consultation, he was very respectful and didnt talk down to me like some of the other contractors did (I am a female, not sure if that had anything to do with it).
-They charge for labour and materials and I was responsible for purchasing the tub, toilet, vanity and other fixtures which allowed me to have flexibility with what I chose and I had control over those costs.
-Even though the quote was on the higher side, my gut told me to go with Happy Bathrooms as I felt like I could trust Eugene (the other contractors seemed a bit evasive and didn't get back to me in a timely manner).

In the end my gut proved me right. Eugene was very easy to work with. If I had a question he responded quickly to emails/texts/phone calls which I really appreciated. He is very knowledgeable of the industry standards and provided good direction when I had a hard time making a decision. Eugene was sure to be on site on a regular basis when his staff and trades were working (I should mention they were also very hardworking and mindful as I was working from home).

After the renovation was complete and payment was made I noticed a very minor issue with the towel bar installation. Again, Eugene was quick to respond and returned to fix it (I don't know if others would have done the same). The reno turned out great! Workmanship was excellent and I was really pleased that Eugene and his team were so reliable and trustworthy. Thank you Happy Bathrooms!
