Our sales person, Matthew, was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and easy to work with. The installers were courteous, efficient and cleaned up all materials. The windows themselves are great and look amazing. While I would use Weather Pro Windows and Doors again for any installation, they did take longer than the promised 4 to 6 weeks from the time I ordered and made a down payment to the installation.

Igor, the sales person I dealt with was well informed and not too pushy. Everyone was very courteous. I had to wait for the windows to be made and shipped but they fit well. The installation was done in 1 afternoon and the work was done with great attention to detail. The cleanup was excellent. The windows look lovely

Our experience with Weather Pro Windows and Doors was extremely positive from start to finish. Vito had the knowledge and experience to help us select the best product for each room and he even helped us choose our door color which looks wonderful. We had a LOT of windows and doors to replace so price was important and the quote came in considerably lower than a company who had quoted us the week before. The installers, Greg, Vitali and Nick arrived on the exact date promised and were very professional, polite, clean and hardworking. The job was completed within the time frame estimated and Robert came on the last day for a review of the project. Best of all, we love the windows and doors! The windows are triple pane/argon with vinyl trim that you can remove when painting walls and we really like the mini blinds inside the patio doors. Our home is noticeably quieter and has much more curb appeal with the wide white trim and beautiful glass doors. Thanks to everyone involved.

Me and my wife recently had our windows and doors installed by this comany, the salesman Andrew explained everything thurowly and not even a month later we got out windows. The two installers Greg and Nick were really respectful and clean making sure there wasn't any garbage left behind. The job took alot less time then we expected and we are already seeing a 50 dollar decrease in our heating bill. Would recomend thus company to anyone considering doing their windows and doors 10 out of 10!

I had 19 windows and 3 doors installed, nick and Craig the installers were great, they were fast, professional and cleaned up the work area, they even let my 3 year old grand son pretend he was of big help, I would recommend weather pro to anyone, who wants good honest service.

Very Pleased with the Product, Work and Service. The installer Yuri and staffs were knowledgeable and in no time the job was done with almost no interruption. All the staffs were very friendly people to work with. Even had final inspection performed. Here is the background. At the beginning, I wasn't sure if I want to start the project of replacing all the windows and doors in my home as I have the whole basement project to do too. After the sales visit from Ihor, I was very pleased with the products info and the price offered. The quote were reasonable good that I put the basement project on the back burner. We were impressed with Andrew's attitude and salesmanship. He was knowledgeable, friendly, polite and considerate. Financing was reasonable and easy...totally within our budget. Our windows and doors were ready much earlier than we had anticipated, and then they were able to send installers within the week! Wow! Elena was terrific every time she called, or we had a question.
Sasha and his partner were amazing! We were told it would be a two day install for 5 windows and 2 doors, but they worked quickly and finished the whole install in roughly 10 hours...Including cleaning up ALL the old windows and garbage. Thank you!
There was a storm a few days after the install, and all our children slept right through it! First time ever :)
All our friends and family have commented on how great the house looks now, and they love how much light comes in the windows in the doors. The air has changed in the house too. The basement used to be the warmest part of the house...We had no idea how much cold air was coming in and how much heat was escaping until we had this done...We totally need to get our basement windows done now...well, soon anyway ;)
