I'm very happy with my two new windows! Alex the sales man was super friendly and very knowledgeable, the installers were friendly and helpful, they did a great job. Pavel came by near the end of the installation to make sure everything went well, and showed me how to operate my new windows. The team clearly takes pride in their work. I would definitely refer weather pro to my friends and family.

Since my original review, Ihor and Joe from Weather Pro Windows and Doors have been in touch with me. They apologized for the missed communication, and visited my home to inspect the installation.
Due to what has been attributed to a language barrier, the incorrect window did get ordered, and upon inspection Weather Pro agrees that an insufficient amount of sealing was done during the original installation. The window supplied however allowed for minimum impact to interior finishing (tiling), and matched the exterior look of the other existing windows on our home.
For my primary concern, being prevention of water infiltration, Weather Pro will be replacing the sealant and ensuring it will be correctly applied in order to penetrate as deep between the window and stucco as possible. They advise that from both the sealant, and the spray foam insulation as backup, no moisture will penetrate the interior. Weather Pro is confident enough that they are providing me with a 15 year warranty covering the cost of any damage due to water infiltration to easy my concerns.

Service was good windows looks good Instalers work very hard , after install was completed no one follow' up I have couple windows hard to open , I was told there is quality control guy when job is complete he will check but no one did , other wise good windows

From first inquiry to project completion, this company was nothing but professional, courteous and friendly. The sales rep (Andrew, also a manager) was prompt and efficient and not at all "pushy". He showed us pictures and samples to see what the windows would look like.
the installation crew was very polite and the project was complete in an afternoon. Cleanup was great as was the finished product.

My wife and I had had enough of our old wooden windows. We shopped around for almost a month before meeting with Keith from Weather Pro, Great guy, gave us an excellent price, and the installation crew was superb. We'll recommend them to anyone!

Our sales person, Matthew, was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and easy to work with. The installers were courteous, efficient and cleaned up all materials. The windows themselves are great and look amazing. While I would use Weather Pro Windows and Doors again for any installation, they did take longer than the promised 4 to 6 weeks from the time I ordered and made a down payment to the installation.
