After they got your business I was told it will take 6-8 weeks. Now more than 3 months no news. All their excuses is manger not in will return your call. Nothing has been done in all departments.

Window Replacements

I had 5 windows replaced. The product is excellent. However, the installation was delayed by three weeks because the manufacturer / shipper neglected to properly package the windows, so some arrived damaged, and I had to wait for replacements. I booked time off to be at home when the work was originally scheduled, but this didn't pan out because of the delay. However, they did make arrangements to do the install on a Saturday when I was home. They were very close to their predicted finishing time: they anticipated five hours, and it took six. They cleaned up well after they were done and provided a lawn sign.

Patio Door replacement

They did an excellent job! The old door was removed and all garbage taken away. All I had to do was mop my floor afterwards.

3 exterior doors and 5 windows

We are very please with the product we’ve received. Our home look a lot more comfortable and brighter from this upgrade. Weather Pro beat out all the competitions that I had set up and was very willing to have my business. The installation team did a great job. They were very efficient and professional about there work. I forgotten about 1 more window that needed replacing and will definitely use them again. The patio door has a small issue from closing smoothly. We were told that it’s a new door and will be good over a short period of time. Let’s hope that’s true. Overall we are very please with Weather Pro.
