Our house was in dire need of new siding. Kovar did the siding and made an ugly house into something I am very proud of now.

Service was impeccable from start to finish. Quote was provided timely, work was completed on schedule. Very impressed with this organizations process as a whole.

During the initial quote the contractor was very professional and took the time to explain what was needed and why. On installation day the team was on time, worked quickly, were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. I recommend going with Kovar contracting.

We hired Kovar to replace our skylights a few years ago, in the middle of winter, and they did an excellent job. Jason's professionalism and prompt responses had me very impressed and comfortable in their hands. Three years later we were faced with replacing gutters, repairing our roof and re-insulating and fixing our attic. Kovar again have showed consistent professionalism, responsiveness, high quality work and personal attention to our projects at fair market costs. Everyone who has been at the house has proven to be an expert in their respective trades. Don't look elsewhere, call them!

This was my first time doing anything for insulation and I could not have found an amazing and a professional company for the job! Kim was extremely responsive, professional and cordial to all my emails and she explained everything very thoroughly. She made sure get me set up for Enbridge rebate, which was very seamless. Kim if you are reading this, thank you so much for all your help!!! Scott and his team took care of the insulation, with Dave coming to do the assessment first. Again professionalism is the theme here as they were very punctual, professional and competent. Scott made sure to explain everything to me, adjust the work as needed since I wanted to add 2nd CT-6 after they showed up (which he made sure was done without any issue) and cleaned up all the stuff afterward. Kyle did the CT-6 install on the roof and gave me his assessment on the roof along with cleaning up everything afterward. Jason, the owner, always responded back very promptly to all financial related questions with professionalism. Everyone was extremely competent and efficient in what they do. Kohar did my attic insulation. Work done as expected. On time, on budget. Couldn’t ask for more.

Description Amount
After inspection of attic, 6"-8" of insulation was found.
Supply and install new PRO PINK Blown Fiberglass insulation over top of existing to reach goal of R60 (22.25").
Supply and install new styro vents (baffles) along roof line.
Air seal around all exhaust fans, electrical boxes etc to stop air flow from living space to attic, using tuck tape and foam.
Clean debris from attic entry and surrounding property.

Kyle was personable and professional.

The job required to install hood vents in a very hard to reach area on the second floor in a narrow alley between houses. This was no problem for Kyle ... he was quick efficient and left the site as clean as he found.

My hats off to Kyle and the Kovar team.

The service was as expected. The estimated price was accurate and no surprises as well the technicians came as scheduled. Since I didn't check the work, I trust it is of quality.
