Recently I started getting water in my basement after some rain. I caller Doctor Rooter and asked what is a problem. I was told that I have a crack in the wall. They did an outside waterproofing for me as well as installation of an egrees window which I wanted to do for a long time now due to fire safety regulation when u rent out a basement. Hi Harry, thanks a lot for the review. It's a benefit from any side to install egress windows if you have a fully finished basement, which is habitable place.
