Basement was leaking(required water proofing)
My Basement was leaking and I had my carpet going green from mold, there were few more cracks on the way. I heard that waterproofing can be expensive and it's a gamble to find descent and professional contractor these days. So, I had to make my choice carefully and was referred to Doctor Rooter. Reading their reviews on Homestars made me satisfied and I arranged for a quote with Oleg. He was able to come on a short notice and his costumer service was top notch, his pricing was reasonable compare to the other quotes. From our appointment I understood that I should hire Doctor Rooter to do the job and the next morning Konstantin come out to do the fixing. He was very courteous, neat and clean. The whole job was completed in one day, very organized, which made me really happy. Thank you for going the extra mile. Very professional !!!Highly recommended !!!Will definitely recommend to others.
