Navien Combi Boiler Installation.
AccuServ did a phenomenal job at my house replacing an old water heater and boiler with a sophisticated combi unit. I was initially very skeptical about those units for the same reasons that you might find online, but they addressed all my questions in detail and completely alleviated my concerns. The 3 most surprising benefits of accuserv in my opinion were: 1) they pre assembled the whole thing at their shop with all the add ons ( pumps, filters, etc ) that enable those units to perform without the horrors you might read online. 2) their knowledge and professionalism ! I had a lot of questions and I wanted to understand technical details before I agreed to go with them. The same knowledgeable guys later came to do the installation. 3 ) Price and warranty - I wasn't in a rush so I looked at several alternatives and AccuServ gave me the most competitive price given all that is included, and they guarantee it well beyond the factory warranty which shows that they stand by their work.
Overall I would highly recommend them for their work and how they conducted themselves, and I am happy that they enlightened me to all the benefits of the combi unit. Heading into the winter we have an efficient system and if anything goes wrong I know who I am going to call.
