David was great! Very professional and installed my camera system quickly.

We recently hired Delta Security Solutions to replace the home security system in our house to a newer (unlocked) one with new features such as the ability to monitor and control the system online via browser.

The end-to-end installation price was not the cheapest but was definitely worth it! David took the time to survey the house and thoroughly explain how the new system would work before proceeding with the installation. The install itself was quick and professional. The only problem we had was with the basement windows where the sensors would stick out too much and push into the screen when the window was closed. When I engaged David about the matter he promptly followed up, recommended a creative solution, came down to fix it, and made it even better than I thought possible.

Overall a very positive experience. We will be looking to also have our security cameras installed with Delta in the coming months.

Withing one hour from from my initial email inquiry regarding new video surveillance systems for my house, David got in touch with me to schedule an appointment. The type of system and location of cameras made perfect sense and the solution was reasonably priced. Although you can probably find cheap surveillance systems at Costco, David delivered full installation, hard-wiring, integration with my home network, software configuration and hands on training. David was efficient, very detailed oriented and respectful of my property. The quality of the system is superb, including its night vision capabilities. The equipment and software are excellent. I am writing this review 6 months after the installation took place. One camera malfunctioned recently and after contacting David he was onsite within 24 hours addressing the issue. You don't get this t with DIY systems. Money well spent, very happy with Delta Security and services they deliver. Highly recommended.
