Fresh Air Duct Cleaning Ltd.

Got my ducts cleaned last year with this company, not sure if the job was properly done as the techs did my entire house in about 20 minutes .
Now, one year later , Mark, probably a "customer service" staff called me about a minth ago offering the service again. At the moment I was at work (a noisy factory environment, couldn't hear properly) and I asked him to call me on the next week. Well, after 3 weeks he called me when I said I don't want the service and since then he keeps calling and harassing me over the phone just because I don't want to have their service.

On Aug -22m Machine were broken water was leaking and messed with floor and area rug.
- Called Mark and customer service 6-8 times , keep promise to take the action, but no action taken.
- Promised to send some company to clean the sofa &love seat again
but no body came.
- Since no company came to clean the sofa, Promised to refund the
money, not got it yet

Hired them to clean my ducts. They blew the vents without covering the other ones in the house. The equipment was due for replacement. I don't think the vacuum was working and we had dust all through the house.

I will never use them again.

Company came to my house to clean ducts, dryer vents, furnace coils , inspect AC and sanitize vents.
Price was $210 plus cost of dryer vent.
On arrival they took pictures of my vents and told me I needed to pay another $399.00 to use the brush to clean the ducts.. How else do you clean ducts?
They clean the dryer vents from the inside only, they never removed my furnace filter, never checked my AC and left without sanitizing.

I will never use this company again nor recommend then to anyone.

They offered a 30% off and I paid $110 wasn't expecting perfection for that price , but wow even worse then I expected... minimal suction from the vacuum and an air hose that really blew nothing..

Just had my ducts cleaned by this business yesterday and had a terrible experience. Business claimed to show before and after work of vents but I did not see one picture of this. Pricing was very confusing when asked what the total price is. Service I paid for indicated coil check for AC unit but workers did not check. Workers did a poor job as vent flow was weaker after duct cleaning. Do not trust this business and please do your research if considering duct cleaning in general. Completely disgusted by my experience.

I have more dust now than before the cleaning was done.
Now they want to charge me to redo the job they should have done in the first place. Needless to say, I will not be using their services again.

Very professional company. Didn't damage anything. They are very nice and respectful people. They did a very good job. I would recommend this company to anyone who requires duct cleaning.

Excellent duct cleaning job done at my house and my sister by Rupert and Brown. Both very professional and nice! Took their time to explain and answer all my concern. Clean up after the work was completed. I feel the different in the air quality! Thanks guys :)
