Deck Space

I hired Deck Space to build my composite deck after doing extensive research and getting quotes from several other reputable alternatives. I initially chose them because of their overall value proposition and professionalism. What impressed me was that Gilad quoted fairly from the beginning and was extremely responsive during the sales cycle. What set Gilad apart from others is that his excellent communication and responsiveness didnt end after I signed the contract. Gilad and his team take pride in their work and were professional throughout the entire construction process. They did an excellent job of keeping the site tidy during the entire building process and my wife and I were ultimately very pleased with the end result. Deck Space was truly a pleasure do business with and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone based on my experience from start to finish.

The team at Deck Spec built a beautiful pressure treated wood deck exactly according to specs. The project came in on time and on budget and truly over-delivered on expectations. The team was friendly, respectful and excellent at communication throughout the project. They did not leave any mess behind and were careful to keep the site clean throughout the work. The privacy screen that they constructed is stunning and they were very good at providing ideas and options to make it as beautiful as possible while providing the coverage that we wanted. I would highly recommend Deck Space - they were a pleasure to deal with and delivered us with a beautiful finished project!

I asked Gilad for estimate for expansion of an old 6 by 12 (10 high) wooden deck to a 12 by 12 composite and glass railing.
The recommendation was to rebuild because of the code requirements and the look of the completed project.
I also asked to handle the building permit with the city.
We got a fare pricing (was compared with others) in timely manner.
The permit issuing took a while due to the city process, Gilad was on top of it all the time, including several calls to the permit office supervisor.
Once project started it was completed in less than a week.
The team worked efficiently and left the premises clean and organized in the end of each working day.
The outcome is amazing, now my neighbor wants the same.
The entire team and the supporting staff were very plasent to work with.
We recommend to contract Deck Space for any job.

Gilad and crew are smart, polite and knowledgeable .
They come prepared with all the supplies that they need and clean up regularly as the job progresses. He has two senior members of his team who are excellent.

Gilad was responsive and clear in his explanations. His crew were punctual and worked fast. The quote was a bit on the higher side but I dont have any regrets as they were very professional and knowledgeable.
