Jerry and his team were amazing from start to finish. After moving in, we knew we wanted to replace carpet stairs with wooden stairs. I am 100% satisfied with the work. Communicating with Jerry was easy. And the installers were always on time!

I can't say enough good things or give enough props to Jerry and his team. We moved into a new house a month ago and the stairs were twisted and unsafe. I called Jerry. It became obvious they were unfixable and new ones had to be put in. In less than 2 weeks Jerry had the stairs built and installed. It turns out not only was the old stairs twisted, the original builder didn't even secure them with screws. It was just by the grace of God that they fall and someone severely hurt themselves. Within one hour of Jerry and his team arriving they old stairs were removed and the new ones installed. For the first time since we moved in could we actually walk down the stairs without bracing ourselves by touching both walls as we walked down them. The stairs Jerry installed are so solid and I can't say enough about the quality and craftsmanship. I'm a very fussy individual and don't easily give compliments. Now I can hardly wait for Jerry to return to remove the carpet and put oak caps and new pickets on our upstairs. I no doubt they are going to look spectacular. Without hesitation, I'd recommend Stairs4U. Great quality, craftsmanship and customer service.

The Canadian hardwood product is gorgeous and all the gentlemen who completed the work were friendly, professional and hardworking. The clean up was great too. We are very happy with the results. What an amazing job that Jerry and his teammate did. As our first time experienced in home project renovation, Jerry took his time and effort to provide us very useful info and his recommendations on the best style with affordable price. We hired Jerry to replace our old floors and install new hardwood throughout out ground floor. Six months after installation, our floors started separating. Jerry's guy came out to look and then we were informed by Jerry he offers no warranty.
Also be careful as the price he charges you will be more than what he quotes you! His explanation is the "extras" not mentioned originally.
Extra nails, extra moldings, paint of moldings, etc.
Our long awaited renovation has turned into a nightmare for us as we now need to pay someone to fix our floors!
