The 5 man team completed the work in 1 day. The work was done efficiently, professionally, sensitively, and good naturedly. The crew spent almost as much time preparing to work with the careful placement of tarps etc. and cleaning up afterwards as they did doing the work. No wonder they have so many bookings!

I called Got it Covered today to ask for a quote on a minor repair job to fix some shingles that had worked their way loose from the roof. Jamie gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone and his crew arrived at my house two hours later to do the job. WOW!!! Most roofers wouldn't touch a job this small but Jamie and his team were very accommodating and they did a great job too.

I had a great experience with Jamie and Got It Covered Roofing from the quote right through to job completion. They cleaned up the property during and after the work was done. The service was fast and reliable and a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Got It Covered Roofing!

Jamie is very professional and timely. He replaced my entire roof in a day. Very pleased with the job.

Jamie arrived promptly after responding to our request. The repair was done, and he suggested getting the gutters updated they told us they had cleaned them out some.He was unsure what the problem was but could be upper level downspout.He checked in the next day and it was still dry. When I called a week later as it was leaking I received no response for several days, and messages. Since he was out of town he said he would call me back and arrange to come by that week.I received no call back and again left several messages. He then called and told us he was busy but would be in the area that week. I asked to be notified, if I was not home could he take pics of the problem. I have now called, emailed many times and still no one showed up. With all the rain it is a leak we will now have to find someone else to fix. It seems a cheap fix was done in quick time, took our money, and then never returned. We are always looking for companies to do smaller jobs and will use again for future, luckily we found a great company to do plumbing for another job for us. We would not use this roofing company again , and never recommend it. Very disappointed.

We received a call from Jamie after posting the review. We received a full refund of $621.50. We appreciate the refund to go towards our roof repair.

My experience with Got It Covered Roofing was great. Jamie and John (who did the work) were very proactive in responding to my calls. When I first contacted them, I was called back within an hour to talk about my problem at hand. Knowing of the inclement weather that we had and that was in the forecast, they were quick to have someone onsite to mitigate any future damage. John, surveyed the situation and assessed that the primary cause was due to the flashing of the chimney. Not only did John look inspect the roof and chimney (in the rain I may add) he also noticed a block in the eavestrough and cleaned it out as well. The work was done just recently and so far so good.

Jamie and his team (John), were friendly, attentive, responsive, polite and professional. Great work and thank you!

Jamie and his crew did a great job on our roof and skylights. They are all hardworking and very courteous. Jamie got back to me quickly on any questions I had and explained things very well. We were really happy with the work Jamie and his crew did for us. His quote was very detailed, gave us good options for the work and was very competitive. Jamie was great to deal with, explained the work really well. He and his crew showed up early and did an amazing job cleaning up, no mess no nails around, which we really appreciated with a 7-year old running around.
