Well...why can't more businesses be like Fortress Windows?
I wanted to update my leaking bay window for a while now.
I got 3 quotes from different companies Including one from Fortress.
They were the only once who responded in a timely manner and came by the house to look at the window and give me a quote.
Steve McCue gave me a quote that beat the others and who made the most professional impression on me. I don't necessarily take the lowest price but in this case that seemed the right thing to do.
When I asked Steve when he might be installing the new window he said " Four weeks".
Well, the window was installed exactly 4 weeks later and I'm blown away with the quality and looks about this window, it's beautiful!
The installer Dave also was super nice and very professional in the way he installed the window and the way he left the work area.... Spotless.
I certainly have already recommended this Company to friends and neighbours, I'm sure they would be as pleased as I am.

They replaced all the windows and storm door on the first floor of the house. Steve was very kind and professional throughout the estimate and leading up to the replacement date. The installers were also nice and professional. They worked hard to remove and replace all the windows in a singular day and came back two days later to complete the outside finishing touches. I was very pleased with the work.
