We recently had Steve and his team over to replace 5 windows and our sliding door. They were very professional and so easy to work with. They completed all this in 1 day and we couldn't be happier. Thank you again!

This is the second time that we have used this company. They came when they said they would, were in and out in a day and left us very satisfied with the detailed work that they did. Having seen a lot of different types of windows in the line of work that I do, the products that this company uses are far superior to a lot of different types of windows on the market and slide/open very easily and are secure. After contacting several Window companies in the York Region area I discovered Fortress Windows. Their warranty is by far the best Warranty, and their prices/ quality and customer service are unbeatable.
I had 6 windows replace in my 1977 home by Fortress a year ago and love them. I have recently decided to replace my large Bay window in my front living room with Fortress because I am so pleased with their product and service. Both Steve"s are great.

Took care to do proper quality job at good value for the money. Definitely well qualified as we had 3rd story that they had no problem to deal with. My place now feel $20k+ more valuable from just over $2k job. Recommend to anyone with aging home to refresh your eaves and soffits and this company would be my first pick to recommend. For anyone considering new windows in their home, fortress windows & doors is highly recommended. They replaced the windows and doors in my house five years ago, and the product still operates the way it did the day they installed it. Stephen is a nice guy, know him for many years, I am a returned customer. Their windows and doors qulity is good and reliable, Staffs are friendly and do great installation job. The only thing I am not very happy about this time is raining on the installation date, and they have to leave some part of work for another day.

We needed some windows replaced in our existing home and for an upcoming addition. Steve took care to work out exactly what we needed and even staggered the delivery dates to accommodate our build schedule. However, the great price and attentiveness is only half the reason we used Fortress a second time. The installation is the most important part and this is where they truly excel. Their installers made a lot of effort to reduce mess and disruption to the house while installing and they took care to ensure we were happy with each window as it was finished. Cleanup afterwards was great and we love the windows. The entire company genuinely make you feel like they appreciate you as a customer from the beginning to the end of the project. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others

All our windows and sliding doors were replaced by this company a couple of years ago. I just want to say that their service since has been excellent. I called Steve Mercer yesterday to tell him about a couple of minor issues, and he came right over today--in the rain--to fix it all up. No charge. Thanks Steve! You're as good as your word!
