We moved into a 1970s house that needed significant structural repairs. Because of this we took the opportunity to do a complete structural overhaul of the main floor of our house including: basement beam, 28 ft steel beam on main floor, open concept design, roof, vaulting ceilings, electrical, insulation, windows and more. Natanael and team kept on top of the many surprises we found once things were opened up and helped us work through the challenges. The team was always on time and productive and the coordination with subcontractors was handled very well.

Our bathroom was 60 years old and was in desperate need of a complete redo. Nathaniel, Antonio and the whole crew did an amazing job. The company combined the 4 most important P characteristics in their work which are perfection, punctuality, precision and professionalism. We expected high quality and that is exactly what we got.
The communication was great and all questions were answered and well explained. They deserve 5 stars with a huge crown on top. The attached photos show before and after.

NPC recently completed the renovation of an old farmhouse in Fergus prior to my family moving in. We had a strict move-in day and despite many challenges Nataneal & Team successfully completed enough of the renovation to make it happen. He is an excellent planner and always kept us in the loop on daily activities, challenges and helped us have clear expectations and then he delivered on them.

The project included the complete re-framing of the partial ground-floor, new kitchen, re-wiring, new drains, new hvac, and finishes throughout the house.

It was clear from the beginning he and his team (lead foreperson was his Uncle) worked well together. The crew was productive every day and coordinated with other trades (HVAC, electrical, etc.) The subcontractors were professional and clearly liked working with NPC.

The quality of the work is excellent. Nataneal offered several recommendations and was our partner throughout the project. His attention to detail and planning ahead was apparent throughout.

I am in the construction industry and would not hesitate to recommend NPC for a variety of projects (small & large).

We contracted Natanael and his team to fully renovate our main floor powder room and to replace our basement flooring. His quote was directly in line with other contractors we had consulted. Natanael was fully responsive to all our inquiries and concerns. NPC's work was excellent. The crew always arrived promptly on time and were exceptionally clean throughout the entire renovation process. They also seamlessly dealt with a few minor hiccups that were encountered during the project. The project was fully completed within the quoted time frame and budget. We are extremely happy with the results and will definitely use NPC for any future home renovation projects. I would not hesitate to recommend NPC to anyone looking for a home renovation contractor.

Once again we had the pleasure of having Natanael and his team with our inside renovation in multiple rooms. Seeing that Natanael completed multiple projects with us in the past, we were comforted to know that the project would be done on time, on budget, and with the highest quality. We receive many compliments on the quality of the work and are completely satisfied with his workmanship. Natanael is always there to assist and provide recommendations for the project.

After having moved into our new home, we had our master bathroom leaking and falling apart. It was a large room with a jacuzzi but nothing worked. We looked and interviewed many contractors and were most satisfied by Nathanael and NPC. We hired him and luckily he was able to start very quickly.

Nathanael did a terrific job renovating our old master bathroom. We did a full remodel job, replacing all fixtures and finishing's. NPC was also helpful in insulation the attic and replacing windows. Him and his crew knew how to do everything and we ended up having an amazing bathroom. I would definitely use have them do more work in the future and would recommend them to anyone!

Part way through renovations, Nathanael was confident enough to fix any new issues that came up. He came back after a few weeks to do all the touch ups and we're very happy with how things turned out.

From the earliest interactions with Natanael, and eventually his team, I have been anticipating writing this review. From my experience, contractors have a bad rap and have proven to be unreliable and so I was half anticipating the same with NPC, but they are exceptional in every way and I cannot wait to have them back for future projects. I had NPC complete a 1000 sqft basement that was completely unfinished except for some framing and very poor DIY electrical and plumbing work. He was able to see the property, quote, and schedule my job within a couple weeks. Finalizing the contract was smooth and it was always easy to communicate any issues or concerns. Natanael always works towards a solution and is reasonable in the sharing of costs if changes come up throughout the project. His team was professional, kind, very efficient, and always maintained a clean work site. The only reason I did not give a perfect 10 is because the project ran a bit longer than planned and we experienced hiccups in the finishing stages; however, this was also during Ontario's umpteenth COVID stay-at-home order, which added to the challenge of receiving items like door knobs, etc.

Natanael and his crew were wonderful to work with and we couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! They were always on time, tidy, and completed their work with a high degree of precision and skill. They recognized that this was our first major renovation, helping us with key decisions along the way and suggesting ways to pivot when we ran into any issues. Natanael was extremely hands on and available whenever I had questions or needed to chat. We can't wait to have them back for our next job! Also, the shower curtain rod in the photo is temporary ;)
