Professional service. Steelhead has a contract with our condo, so I decided to try them out for a small job at home. They sent a rep to do the quote, which seemed to be a reasonable price to me. I was very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship.

Interior leak in living room required diagnosis and then plan of action. Steelhead responded right away and did the initial diagnosis right away, pending taking the interior and exterior walls down for more accurate analyses. This was done on time, on budget by competent employees. The location was always kept clean and tidy. The workers were pleasant and cooperative in doing their work. There was no wasted time, and all materials were in place as scheduled. Corporate office maintained contact throughout the project as well as site visits. Upon completion everything was left in a finished state with no sign of the done except it was done. The attitude, the energies, and the abilities of all company contacts has been excellent and even though there were other work orders we were treated as if we were the most important. I certainly would hire again and recommend to anyone as to the extremely high quality of their work from start to completion.
