Icy Reno Waterproofing did a great job in re-doing a 1000 sq ft basement. They installed al new drains interior membrane and drainge into a sump pump. Igor was great in co ordinating with the Heating guys regarding the installation of the in floor heating. The end result a glass level basement floor.
Igor and his crew were very creative in dealing with neighbours and getting the job done in a tight neighbourhood.

Igor and his team were quick, professional and pleasant. I really appreciated the attention to detail (he noted that my driveway was not paved and suggested we waterproof that side as well if I was planning on paving it...which I am and hadn't thought about). Talk about value add!

You gotta use this company. I could not be more pleased. I had several companies quote on this job and Igor just struck me from the beginning as professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. Igor and his crew arrived early every day, worked 6 days a week, did a great job and finished the job on schedule. They cleaned up every day and showed great respect for the house. They had to remove some of the front yard fence and front veranda in order to accommodate the bin and cement mixer and to my complete surprise, they rebuilt both the fence and front porch with new wood and posts so that it is better than it was before. I wanted to wait for a few rain storms to see how everything worked. The basement is bone dry with not a drop of water coming in. Igor was available for any consultation and immediately had resolutions to all of my questions. I highly recommend this company for underpinning and water proofing.

I just had ICY waterproof 45ft of my house. They were reasonably priced, responsive, accommodating and worked very quickly. From the moment I phoned and left a message, Igor responded right away. He came out to assess the situation and made a recommendation and got a quote to me very quickly. I had some shrubs at the front I wanted saved and I was very worried. Igor and his crew did everything they could to protect them. they even took pictures before they dug them up and even moved them into the right placement when I wasn't satisfied with where the shrub was placed initially when replanting. They even dug out and replanted my rose bush!

The job was just completed today so i don't know how it will hold off the water until it rains and can't comment on that but I'm sure it will be fine.

This is the second time we've hired ICYReno for waterproofing. I could not be more satisfied with the quality of their work. Once again, they did an excellent job with the waterproofing at reasonable price.

Igor and his crew did an outstanding job of removing our old basement slab, installing new drainage, waterproofing and re-pouring the most pristine floor that our subsequent concrete polishing contractor has ever seen!

Igor and his team are some of the most fantastic guys I've had the pleasure of working with. House on a hill and no machine access made this job tough. Removed a massive stone wall, excavated and waterproofed a problem area. Took the time to really understand the problem, unlike others quoting did not try to do more than needed and made some really excellent suggestions for other ways to address issues..

Great team of guys, worked hard, Igor was on site to supervise. Left worksite well organized and cleaned up path/walkway.

Proof is in the pudding - despite a the recent winter of the worst case scenarios with freeze thaw cycles when we used to have issued, absolutely no problems.
