Ignore and his crew underpinned our basement. The work was done on schedule and on budget. Ignore was always willing to walk us through what was happening and his crew always left the work site clean and secure. Even the neighbours commented on how they were impressed with the cleanliness of the work site. We have had three massive rain storms since the job was done and not a drop of water has gotten in. Absolutely blown away by the quality of his work.

We had a leaking basement at our recently purchased bungalow house, and waterproofing needed to be done all around the perimeter from outside. At our friend's recommendation, we contacted ICY Reno to get a quote. The price was reasonable considering they had to waterproof 160 linear feet of our house. Yet, the team managed to cooperate well enough and finish the project within five days. We were satisfied with how the job site was left after completion and would recommend them further should anyone have the similar problem.

Through the word of mouth we decided to contact Igor regarding our basement lowering.
