Micom Tileworks

We looked high and low for a tiler who was dependable and had great attention to detail but they are hard to come by. We hired Jorian based on his perfect reviews from Homestars. He did not disappoint. Not only is he a master craftsman, he is a perfectionist, just like me. In addition, he was very pleasant to have around. His work ethic is incredible, showing up on time every day and not leaving until he had finished what he had set out to do, including working on the weekends and on a holiday. He completed the job in exactly the time he said, for the amount he quoted. I trusted him completely and do not hesitate to recommend him. I have already referred him to friends and look forward to working with him again. He was definitely one of the best trades we've worked with.

After talking to three other contractors, we decided to hire Jorian to redo our kitchen floor. Unlike other contractors, Jorian was detailed in explaining the upfront costs and products used. He always showed up on time and kept the mess to a minimum. Although we have fairly strict strata rules, he was also very accommodating and complied to the restrictions.

As for his work, the tiled floor looks awesome. The tile lines were straight and we did not have any uneven spots. After the job was done, Jorian did a very good job cleaning up the work areas.

Jorian at Micom Tileworks installed a 1" glass hex tile for my kitchen backsplash. He did a fabulous job, was prompt, courteous and respectful of my space. I'd recommend him to friends and family and would definitely call him again for any tile work I might have.

Jorian did a fabulous job with the installation of my kitchen backsplash. He took much care to ensure that the geometric design was lined up perfectly and he worked very efficiently. I would recommend him to others and will definitely use his services again!

Jorian was a real pleasure to work with. He was extremely professional and amazing at his trade. He definitely saved the day when our original Tile Setter jammed us at the last minute. Jorian came to the rescue and saved our schedule. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Jorian was great to work with, easy to get a hold of, quick response to my emails, and offered to use his discount at tile supplier. He removed existing tile backsplash, installed/repair drywall, and installed new backsplash once the new countertop was installed. Really nice guy and did a wonderful job! Helped with finishing choices (grout colour etc). Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Jorian was referred to us by a friend who recently renovated his home. We were looking for a tiler to complete the backsplash in our laundry room. The arabesque tile we chose was extremely intricate, but Jorian's attention to detail was incredible. We were most impressed by his work ethic and dedication to complete our laundry room in a period of two days. When faced with finding a tile layer to install a kitchen backsplash in my Mom's kitchen, I decided to call a friend and he highly recommended Jorian to me.
