LG Construction

We hired LG Construction, to repair our front veranda, did some concrete work outside and on our bathroom. They done an exceptional job. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality work. Ladi is very skilled in the field, professional, pays attention to details and it's a pleasure to deal with.

We hired Ladi and his team to redo our front and side yard (replace grass with interlock, remove a tree, extend a window well). Being extremely busy in the summer, Ladi was honest and perfectly accurate about when he could start the job. He listened intently as we described what we wanted, and he provided helpful suggestions when asked. Once they began, the team arrived early every morning, worked efficiently throughout the day, and didnt leave without ensuring that the area was clean. Before the work we barely used the yard, and now we absolutely love it. Ladi and his team were fantastic and did an excellent job. We would hire them again without question.

If you are looking to build a pressure treated deck I highly recommend Ladi. He and his crew built me a really nice deck that exceeded my expectations. They we punctual and completed quickly.

Lodovik And his staff relevelling our patio and walkways which included moving 12 800 lb patio retaining stones. The work was done in a timely manner, site was kept very clean and they also managed to not do any damage to the adjoining gardens. We are extremely pleased with the work. Very professional.

We are very pleased with the work that L G construction performed for us. We had called other contractors to obtain estimates for the work but Ladi was the only one to respond immediately. He told us that it would only be a matter of 2-4 weeks before he would be able to undertake the work and he was true to his word - the work was both started and completed within the timeframe that Ladi had provided. The work consisted of replacing old interlock walkways and wooden driveway curbing, repairing and resurfacing the front porch, constructing a small patio in the backyard with existing interlock, replacing buckled metal window wells with concrete ones and repaving our driveway. Ladi provided us with options regarding the work to be performed and, because of his knowledge and experience, was able to recommend materials and solutions that were better than what we had originally intended.
Ladi and his crew were extremely pleasant and professional, keeping us informed regarding both the process and the progress of the work. Whenever we contacted Ladi with questions they responding promptly and pleasantly. Working with Ladi was wonderful. He cheerfully accommodated our last-minute design changes and often suggested alternatives that resulted in a better end result than we had anticipated. He and his crew were very hard working and a complete joy to work with. We have several other projects that we will be undertaking in the future and we will definitely be using Ladi and his team when the time comes.

Ladi and his team did an amazing job on our driveway from grating, levelling and installation of our cobblestone interlock and the preparation for the ashphalt team to finish.

Ladi and his crew put in 2 interlock walkways (~175 and ~100sq.ft?), and for our asphalt driveway he had a separate paver team rip up/ completely repave it.
Driveway base appeared to be a substantial bed of the correct crush run/gravel, topping that with a good layer of asphalt that they rolled well (very smooth, edges are nice and no crumbly poorly compacted spots). Regraded some areas to allow good drainage. After a year, no signs of shoddy work but of course we cant really know til several years go by.
Interlock looks great and is also nicely graded to prevent pooling. Meets up perfectly with adjoining asphalt. Good thick base of crush stone and some special granite screening (i requested extra thick base to allow parking). No stones heaving or falling away after a year. Lots of stones needed cutting , curvy edges were done expertly. The polymeric sand was vibrated in nicely with their compactor machine - on one walkway. Whoever did the 2nd walkway didnt finish compacting and left some spots without enough sand. Had to get that corrected. Also one of the workers was careless and damaged a cable (Id even warned the boss). LG repaired it. If u have things above or below grade that must be protected (in addition to the locates etc) Id suggest marking them well as a reminder.
But overall a great job done for much cheaper than our other quotes. Our requests were listened to. Ladi is pretty easy to talk to, offers useful suggestions, did the work when he said they would, crew cleaned up the site well. Would certainly call him again for our next job.

We are vey happy with the work LG Construction did on the concrete work in October 2020 that we rehired his company to do the retaining wall on the property in October 2021.

Ladi was on time, completed the work in the time frame he quoted and on budget. On both jobs we gave the outline what we would like done and he in turn has advise what some alternative might be better. The alternative were better then we taught of. The work was expertly done; job site was maintain and cleaned to a high standard.

We are looking forward to working on additional project we have in mind to do with Ladi.
