After unsuccessfully attempting to contact the original installer of the AC in question, I called Aire Serv. Karen assured me that I would receive a return call by the next morning and this is precisely what happened. My husband and I were very pleased with the prompt response to our inquiry. Glenn came out to diagnose the problem right away, called Amana regarding the warranty, ordered the required parts and completed the work efficiently and professionally. Thank you Karen and Glenn

Replacement of Air Conditioner

Service was awesome. I was especially pleased with the office emailing me a picture of the tech that would be coming to my house. What a great idea and very much put me at ease.

The tech was informative and was able to show me what was wrong and present options. I choose to replace my AC. The office advise me when the unit would be in and scheduled a time for the install. Tech was on time. The install went great. They cleaned up after themselves.

I was extremely pleased with the service and would recommend AireServ to my family and friends.
