Extremely disappointed & deficiencies were ignored.
We had hired Wow One Day for my mother in laws basement project and could not be more disappointed at the quality of service that was delivered.
We contacted George to highlight the deficiencies and even after a crew was deployed to address the issues, they completely missed painting areas entirely such as around the shower walls and behind the toilet, did not caulk and fill the holes of our new trim as quoted, and there are several paint drips on the custom cabinetry and hardwood floors.
I would genuinely not recommend Wow One Day if you want a project done well. This is not professional painting. The most disheartening part is George ignoring our emails to address the deficiencies. The photos shared speak for themselves and are only a subset of the photos taken..
