Our laptop, an ASUS G73GH, caught a virus that virtually shut it down. Based on the reviews here, I took it to PCNIX. I mentioned the fans seemed to be running high as well. Plus, I wanted the partions resized as ASUS sets them as 4 @ 250 Gb.
Amir removed the virus (and more) while maintaining all the files & operating system. He showed me a screen shot of all the others he found; some dormant & others running in the background - alot!
The drives were resized and the fans were clogged with fur from our cat(!) Now, it runs like brand new (3 yrs. old) & the fans are almost silent.
Amir achieved everything I hoped for at a fair price. And especially the trust that it is/will be done right. Can't ask for anything more than that.
