The wood around my bay window was rotting and I needed to fix it. I decided to go with stucco instead of replacing the wood or putting vinyl/aluminum because stucco has better insulation, looks the best and there's no maintenance. I contacted all the stucco companies rated 5 stars on homestars for a quote. Aiad at Cosmopolitan Construction was the only one to come to my house and give me a quote. All the other companies gave me a quote through text or email. Aiad at Cosmopolitan Construction also gave me the best quote out of the four companies I contacted. This saved me hundreds of dollars and I am impressed with the final product. I have recieved multiple compliments from neighbours and people walking by on his work. Aiad and his team were polite, reasonable, professional, hard-working and knowledgeable. They made sure to clean up and leave everything as it was when they arrived.
