I am very glad to have worked with Andrey on our home remodeling project. Andrey and his team were very professional, detail oriented and thorough from A to Z. We changed all of our flooring, trims, baseboards and refinished our staircase. Andrey made sure that even the smallest details were addressed, moreover he had made some amazing recommendations. About a month ago, we decided to upgrade our carpet flooring to engineered hardwood and went with Andrey's services. The hardwood was purchased by ourselves and Andrey was responsible for the installation. Andrey offers reasonable prices for a quality turnaround and works diligently with little breaks. Andrey came and finished the project as per the agreed-upon time, and there were no delays or issues with scheduling. His workspace was well maintained and kept tidy with minimal dust. Andrey paid close attention to our demands and did an impressive finish around tricky areas—more specifically a seamless integration between the already existing hardwood stairs and second floor. We love the new look of the floor and it has really brightened up the house. So far, there haven't been any issues with the outcome and we are delighted with the result. Andrey did a wonderful job and we would recommend his services to anyone seeking expertise in flooring.

Last summer, Andrey did an excellent job replacing my floors on the first floor and refinishing my stairs to match them (you can see my last year’s review somewhere below).
Obviously, it was an easy decision for me to ask Andrey to replace the floors on the second floor. He just completed this project and I am already astonished with the quality of his work. I highly recommend him, his professional approach to his trade will not dissappoint you.

I needed to replace a loose metal railing on a 4-step staircase going from entry level to main level indoors, with a solid wood post and railing. Andrey's quote was less than half of other Homestars companies I contacted. His workmanship was excellent. The new railing not only looks great but is solid as a rock.

My oak stairs still had the builders clear varnish and wanted it stained
to match my new dark hardwood floors and wanted the posts and spindles replaced as well.
I found Andrey on this site and he responded to me quickly and was able to come up the following week. He did a very clean and professional job, having to sand, stain and paint my stairs as well as replacing the posts and spindles since we went with the white and dark stain look.
He provided a few stain samples and applied it to a test spot so we could see how it would match the floors and it came out great.
I would certainly recommend his work.

Andrey is a highly skilled professional who provides a fair pricing. He works fast and is an expert in his field. He actually had to relay flooring in our home than another contractor wasn't able to kay properly as the plywood is uneven. Did a fantastic job! I took Andrey's help to replace carpets in our bedrooms with laminate and to refinish existing hardwood flooring in our main level. Right from the time and posting a service request in Homestars till the last day of work, Andrey had been extremely helpful and responsive to queries. He has delivered on schedule and used the materials that he quoted. His quality of work is also really good. We have a big dog in the house and his nails have left scratches in the hardwood and thats the main reason for the refinishing work on the hardwood. The refinished hardwood with new stain looks absolutely stunning and the flooring looks brandnew. At the end, I am an extremely satisfied customer.

12 out of 10 work ethics, excellent work! Before I started my project- I wanted to replace the carpets in all of my bedroom- I collected several references and send an inquiry to Home Stars. Andrey was one of the responders and definitely the one who asked more detailed questions, promptly scheduled a visit, and provided the most reasonable quote. He picked the best possible match to the existing hallway colour, both hardwood and quarterbacks fit neatly around the corners and in the walk-ins- that took 2.5 days, exactly like he said. As we moved along, we agreed that we should refinish the adjacent flight of stairs, which andrey did with utmost care in two days. I couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out and already started recommending Andrey’s services to my friends and colleagues.
Also, can’t wait till it gets warmer to invite Andrey back to refinish my front door.
