17 windows were replaced. All work was done as promised and in a very timely manner. We were told that they would take 3 days to complete the work, and were completed within 2 days. Excellent job.

We saw ecotech's add in our local paper and decided to ask for a proposal. We met with the sales rep on site and he provided a very thorough review of our house and a detailed assessment of our needs.

Upon reviewing their proposal, we were pleased with the level of detail and the quality of their product.

After signing up with them, their project forman confirmed the windows measurements and managed the installation very well. They initially told us they would be on site for three days doing the installation, however they were done within 2 days.

We are more than pleased with the product and would recommend them to others

I would definitely recommend this terrific company as they put all six windows in so professionally, my parents are now wanting new windows off Ecotech,

We had 12 replaced in our house. I must say these guys did a fabulous job. Andrey and his team took great pride in the work they did from beginning to end. They cleaned up and even asked me for some Windex to clean the finger prints. We were left very happy. If you need windows you should call these guys. Thanks Ecotech.

We just had EcoTech Windows installed and I have to say the windows and door look amazing and function very well. I just read a couple of reviews of EcoTech's service and I am surprised. We had a number of windows that are opening the wrong way and although I could hear the frustration in Mark's voice, he did except responsibility and is going to fix all the window that are incorrect. Although this is an inconvenience for us I have to say any company that can take responsibility for their mistakes is a great company to deal with. I must also add that the installers where incredible, very fast, neat, polite, and most importantly respectful of my property and space. Thanks for doing such a great job, keep it up.

We needed our bedroom windows replaced so had reviewed several company's and got several quotes. The guy from EcoTech came in and measured, gave us a quote(which was very close to all the others) and told us they would be installed by the end of October. This was in early September of this year so we agreed that as long as they would be in before the cold weather that would work for us. He said someone else would be in the following week to re-measure but from the outside so not to worry if we weren't able to be home. We got a call mid October that he was coming to measure the windows which we thought had already been done as we gave permission for him to go into the backyard. Two weeks later we got a call that our windows would be installed DECEMBER 2. I called back the next day and said this was unacceptable as we were promised they'd be in by the end of October. The sales manager was very rude and asked what the problem was. When I tried to explain that I didn't want them installed in December due to the cold weather he said it's not a problem and he'd have another manager call me. Well that never happened so I tried calling back and all I got was answering machines. When I finally did speak to someone mid NOVEMBER they said the windows will be installed December 2 and that they will call us the night before to arrange a time. Well no one ever called so my husband took the day off work (without pay) so he'd be here. The installer called and said he'd be here at 3 pm. Needless to say it was snowing that day and at 2:00 pm he called my husband back and said he'd been held up for 2 hours at the manufacturer and could he come back tomorrow(Saturday). My husband agreed as he didn't want the installing the in the dark. I called the office to explain how frustrated we were and AGAIN the sales manager was extremely rude. He said it was a very busy time of the year for them and that we'd just have to accept the Windows the next day. I asked if he would compensate us somehow for all the time wasted and he put me on hold. When he came back on the line he said there was nothing he could do but that he would have another manager call us. You can pretty much guess NO ONE ever called!! The windows were installed the next day but have yet to hear from anyone at EcoTech. My husband and I both work in sales and believe that it is our job to please the customer as best as we can. After all without the customer you don't have a paycheque. We need several other windows replaced in the near future but you can bet we WON'T be calling this company again.

I replaced all the windows in my house and I was very satisfied with their work I even had them change the windows in my rental property The installers were fantastic very knowledgeable very polite and tidy definitely I would use this company again
