My wife and I had been researching hot tubs since March when we went to the Toronto Home Show. Over the last 10 weeks we made a profession out of researching the very confusing world of hot tub models and options. We'd all but made our decision on a tub, but decided to check one last option: Premium Wholesale Home & Leisure in Kitchener because friends had bought a Clarity Spa there 2 years ago and remain very happy with it. Right from the first phone conversation we had with Christian to the professional, courteous, respectful and most importantly informative experience we had with Kevin we felt completely comfortable and confident with our decision to purchase a Healthy Living Spa from them. We found Premium Wholesale and Spa to be the best of both worlds in that they are large enough to have the buying power to quote the most competitive prices, but they have that family-owned focus and mentality needed to provide excellent customer service you can really count on. We will be certain to post subsequent reviews as we move through this exciting process. Do yourself a favour and check in with this store before you buy your spa; you'll be glad you did.

Awesome customer support and service!! Premium Wholesale has bent over backwards to ensure a smooth transaction and experience. From arranging payment with Cheryl in admin to getting detailed information and instructions from Kevin, I have felt 100% educated and satisfied. Kevin, Christian, Kogan and Cheryl really know their stuff and take the time to listen with patience and sincerity. Kevin went beyond the call of duty when he offered excellent advice regarding the placement of our spa. Look no further! Bought a tub in 2012, recently had to replace a pump, they ordered me a new one, and walked me through the installation. So no service call needed. They have always been honest and up front, never tried to upsell or give me anything I don't need. Would highly recommend.

Post delivery update (original review below):

They exceeded our expectations and gave us a very pleasant surprise on delivery! We purchased a floor model / demonstrator to take advantage of better pricing as it looked like new, was identical to the current model and came with full warranty. On delivery day the spa arrived however we were surprised to see a brand new spa arrive instead of the floor model. They explained that the prep time to restore the spa to pristine condition was taking longer than our lead time. Rather than delay delivery or send something that was not to their standard they substituted an identical brand new spa in its place at their expense. What a nice surprise, I have nothing but total respect for their integrity and how they treat their customers. Many thanks to Kevin, Chris and the rest of the team.

Original post: Although this was our first swim spa purchase we had done a lot of research and had tested out several different makes before we arrived at H&LPW in Kitchener. What drew us here was that we wanted a model that was suitable for full immersion fitness and hydro-therapy. H&LPW carried several models that fit that need. When we arrived Kevin was genuinely interested in ensuring that the models we were considering was the best for our needs explaining the benefits and limitations of each swim spa (their own and competitors alike). He let us test swim in privacy only checking to ensure all questions were answered. After the test he was more interested in listening to our comments about our experience again to ensure he understood what our needs were, absolutely no pressure.
We ultimately decided to go forward with the confidence that what we were buying was the best for us and it also turned out to be the best value.
The top 3 reasons I would recommend H&LPW are;
1. No pressure sell, they were interested in ensuring that we would be buying something that was the best fit for our needs.
2. Selection and value. They are a large dealer and offer many models and are very reasonable. Ultimately they were the only dealer that supplied deep swim spas for fitness as well as relaxing hydro therapy that are more than waist deep.
3. They had clean change rooms (bring your bathing suit), they were the cleanest of all of the dealers, again showing a high level of consideration for their potential customers.

Great work. Quick work. Cleaned up area. Ran into a problem on restart - sprung a leak. Fixed that and airlock problem. Tub running better than new! Chris was cordial and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend or call upon Home & Leisure Premium Wholesale and it's Service centre!

I was weary about purchasing a hot tub from the home show, but after reading some reviews from premium wholesale I felt reassured I was dealing with a company I could trust. The hot tub was delivered on time, and the electrician was having issues getting things up and running. One quick phone call later we had things going. They were so helpful and offered solutions instead of excuses. It was such a pleasure to have that level of customer service, especially over the phone last minute. If you're thinking about buying a hot tub I would highly recommend dealing with premium wholesale, one very happy customer here.

we have now had our tub for over a year with no problems. Any time I go in to purchase chemicals or take in a water sample for testing the service has always been very friendly and I usually leave new tips to assist with maintain my tub. Glad I picked the store on Manitou Drive in Kitchener for my purchase.

Dealt with Chris, very knowledgeable and easy going. Good advice that should help make the maintenance of the tub easier going forward, will definitely keep buying products from this company. And it's an hour and a half from home. It's easy to find an excuse to use a company with great customer service.
