Mike was very punctual and did a very in depth job. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection. The report that he sent to me was beyond my expectations and outlined everything in great detail.

We were very impressed with his inspection. He was very thorough and explained in detail all of the aspects of the home that required work. This was my first experience with a home inspection and I had no idea what to expect. I was extremely impressed with all aspects of the inspection. Mike had already been at the house checking things out before I arrived and so everyone's time was appreciated and considered. He was thorough and organized and explained everything to me clearly and easily and even answered some of my inexperienced and what might seem like stupid questions with professionalism. I was extremely pleased with the results both on the day and in the detailed written report emailed to me efficiently that very same day. Mike was easy to talk to and a pleasure to work with.

I engaged Mike to conduct a home inspection for my 11-month new house for the Tarion 1-year new home warranty, primarily based on the positive feedbacks on HomeStars. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and responsive to questions. He went up on the roof and opened the attic to check the insulations. He provided the report on the same day and his inspection report was detailed and easy to understand. However, he only spent approximately 2 hours on the ~3200sqft house, which seems in a hurry, compared to the other inspectors (i.e. the builder's inspector spent over 4 hours and provided much detailed inspections than this one). Also he missed several items (water leaking from a door, very noisy fan in a bathroom), which I pointed out and he added to his report. I understand that the home inspection could not cover every single detail of the house, but I hoped that Mike could take his time and check the house more thoroughly.

Mike was very thorough, and was able to explain things in plain English to me. I appreciated him being on-time and getting into the hard to reach areas. Mike brings his own ladders, etc., and is willing to take a little extra time on the areas of concern.

I found Heeley Home Inspections to be incredibly thorough and meticulous. The inspector went over everything twice, was very honest about concerns, and made sure I understood everything. As well, the comprehensive report I was given will help me have an intimate knowledge of my home which, as a first-time home owner, is great!
