I accepted the offer sometime in August for replacement of 10 windows. Due to my schedule, I did not make the initial contact with ByInstaller until September. We scheduled an appointment, the Alex showed up on time, measured the windows and made some recommendations (we put sliders in a couple windows where there previously were regular windows). I was contacted within a month to schedule installation. A date was decided on and installation was completed as planned. Alex did an Excellent Job!
