ZHI did a wonderful job of renovating my old kitchen in a condo. Everything in it was original from the builder so it was a full renovation. The team was always on time, was clean and attentive to the rules that exist in a condo relative to renovations. Zoltan was always available to discuss the course of the renovations, or if I had any questions. He was very helpful with ideas and helped me with some of the choices that I made. The result is a beautiful kitchen, ready in time as planned. I will definitely ask for their services next time again when I am renovating. I would not hesitate to recommend him. It was time for a new roof but we decided to go with steel. Rather than go with the big steel roof companies we decided (with Zoltan's help) to source the material ourselves and have him do the installation. It's a typical old house with multiple renovations and elevations. Zoltan and the team did a beautiful job leveling the roof, replacing damaged plywood, new flashing, eaves etc. We are extremely happy!

ZHI was contracted to re-do the entire basement, which included installing a new kitchen and a bathroom. Zoltan and his team did a phenomenal job. Throughout the project he kept me apprised of the progress of the reno as well as he made recommendations as to the best / most economical ways of finishing the job.

Zoltan dismantled our ageing 1991 wooden front porch with a slightly larger Sienna treated wooden porch and installed Regal Railing provided by myself. The new porch is absolutely beautiful and just what my wife and I had designed for Zoltan. Zoltan began and finished the work on time and he and his associate Lajos were very pleasant and professional.

We interviewed several general contractors and Zoltan was the only one that would not provide a ballpark estimated cost until he priced it out thoroughly. By doing this he brought the project in on-time and on-budget. Zoltan gave us daily updates and was on the jobsite every single day of the project overseeing all work being done. His workmanship is exceptional and his integrity is beyond expectations. He made what was expected to be a most stressful endeavor for us, as smooth and stress-free as we ever thought was possible. I know I will be going to Zoltan when our next renovation is needed and I would gladly recommend him to anyone who has a project they are pursuing.

Because I had been pleased with several of Zoltan's smaller projects, both indoors and out, I asked him to renovate my ensuite bathroom, replacing the bathtub with a walk-in shower.

I am thrilled with both the process and the result.

I have an old house and had some issues with wind infiltration through the windows and front door, along with a small leak in a water supply pipe and a hole in the ceiling from a previous plumbing repair.

He even noticed a loose door hinge on his way out and tightened it up, allowing the door to close without being forced. I appreciate this kind of attention to detail.

I wouldn't hesitate to call him again when something else needs fixing :)
