This is the second installation I have had done by this branch of Service Experts. Last year I had the furnace and AC installed by Dan. Arrived on time and worked efficiently to install both to our complete satisfaction. This week we had an HRV unit installed by Chris and Darren. Again they arrived promptly, worked efficiently and completely cleaned up afterwards. Husband is very pleased with the neat job and the fact that they consulted during it to explain things and seek our preferences as to where water line and exhaust exits would be. We are extremely satisfied with both jobs.

Service Experts installed a new furnace and ac unit in our 50 yr old home. Once turned on, the smell of smoke filled our house from the nicotine-coated ducts, courtesy of the previous owner! Cleaning the ducts did nothing, so our only option was to replace all of the ducts in our bungalow. Brian did a fabulous job minimizing the damage to our finished ceilings in the basement while replacing the ducts. The work was done efficiently and the jobsite cleaned up every night. We were even given portable heaters to use during the period without a working furnace! Excellent work for an excellent price!

Brian and Shane installed new AC and furnace (Lennox) nice neat install. On time,, Glen salesman was helpful, Had an issue with AC 1 month after install, Clarke responded on a Sunday within 1 hour missing his family BBQ!!! to fix issue. I would strongly recommend this company. Service is excellent!

we had Brian and Shane from Service Experts Niagara put a new A/C and furnace in today. It is a Lennox of course. They showed up on time, friendly did a great job. They cleaned up and showed us all of what they had done. We have dealt with this company before and would recommend them for sure. This company was friendly from the start with a phone call and Tom letting us know exactly what we needed. Give them a try!!!

Mike answered all my questions and was pleasant and efficient. Very pleased with his semi annual visit.

Service rep was very good. He explained what he was doing. He cleaned the equipment and told me what to do to keep it clean. I would be pleased if the same service rep came back to service the furnace in the fall.

Extremely pleased with the service provided by John B, very professional and thorough. John even hooked up the outdoor hose when servicing the air conditioner! Would highly recommend Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning.

Brian and Shane arrived on Mon.Apr.4. Who knew that it would snow on that day and that if would be quite cold.. They came in; spread the "red carpet" over our rec room carpet ,and down the basement stairs so as not to bring the snow in. They worked diligently and efficiently so there was very little cool down in the house. They were most pleasant answering all our questions in regard to the thermostat and humidifier controls-even the "dumb"ones without so much as a snicker. A job well done.
