JOHN HAS SERVICED US ON MANY OCCASIONS HAS BEEN TRUTHFUL AND HONEST WITH US. With his suggestion last year we have a new furnace and A/C. There are working great. We always tells us something new to help.

I would like to commend the two Service Experts I had installing our new central Air Conditioning unit yesterday, June 7th/2017. Chris Cole and Matt Poirier installed the unit. They were professional, pleasant, cleaned up after themselves and were respectful of our home. They answered all my questions in a language I could understand. :) Thank you so much. I shall be calling this Fall for having our duct work cleaned and also the inspection for the furnace.

Choosing a new heating and cooling system is neither easy nor inexpensive. There is a bewildering array of options, and the technology of modern units is complicated and requires installers and maintenance technicians that are highly trained and kept abreast of technological changes. After speaking with three heating/AC companies in St Catharines, we felt most confident that Service Experts had the product, reputation, knowledge and proficiency to best meet our needs and contracted to have them install a new high-efficiency furnace, AC and continuous hot water heater. From beginning to end, we were totally satisfied with the all aspects of the project. Beginning with the sales agent that met with us, Tom, who patiently explained our options and simplified the mechanics so we could make informed comparisons and understand the pros and cons of different units, we experienced only professionalism of the highest order. After working with us to arrange a convenient installation time, the two installers, Brian and Shane arrived promptly and worked efficiently and collaboratively (between them, they had more than 60 years of heating and cooling installation experience) to expertly install all units in two days. I was particularly struck by the care and expertise that went into every phase of the installation. Even to my untrained eye, the adaptation of the duct work (they were replacing a 41-year-old furnace about three times the size of the new unit), the soldering of copper lines and fittings, and the installation of vent pipes was exceptional. And as promised, the furnace room and surroundings were left cleaner than when they arrived. And everyone at SE made one thing clear – they stand behind their product. Based on our experience, I highly recommend Service Experts. I also suggest that if you factor in all the variables, from initial quality of product to expertise of installation to continuing service, SE is very competitive in cost as well.

Service Expert, as usual, provide great service. They are reliable and efficient. Always trying to please the customer. Clarke P. was very professional in his work. Just one little suggestion, the other service providers remind their customer of things they need to do, such as--turn on/off the power for the air conditioner, reset the dial for the furnace from furnace to air conditioner or vice versa. Customers might forget. Thanks for the great service.

Excellent service. Very friendly knowledgeable technician (John B.). Explained every step of what he did. Offered very honest opinion of what to expect from the unit in the years to come.

During regular service maintenance, Mike found a cracked heat exchanger on my furnace plus another broken part. He explained my choices to repair or replace and made his recommendations which were to replace my 14 year-old furnace and also my 21 year old A/C at the same time. Mike has been providing service for quite a long time and I have always been impressed with his honesty and reliability. Glen Greschuk came the next day and provided me with info on my choices and was very thorough and applied no pressure, just recommendations. Two days later I had my new equipment installed by Brian and Shane who arrived promptly, worked hard and cleaned up any mess. Great service from all involved.

Install done Feb 2016. Thomas (salesperson) was very thorough in his explanation of the work to be done. When the work started a problem surfaced. Thomas was contacted and immediately came over and resolved it to my satisfaction. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff and they are now doing my furnace maintenance. Mike M. has been here twice and on both visits I have found him to be honest and very knowledgeable. I am confident I am in good hands with Service Experts.

Quick, professional and neat job. Response time was quick and all persons involved were on time and very helpful. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC repairs or replacement.

The team at Mackay's is Amazing .... the sales rep Peter was very proffessional and the install guys Andrew and his co worker were just as amazing.... they caught some things that were against code on the old unit and fixed it right away. PLEASANT PUNCTUAL REPS ... GREAT PRODUCT AT A DECENT PRICE WITH A GOOD WARRANTY ??
