Drainmasters Plumbing Services

I came back home from a dinner out with my family to find that my bathtub had backed-up while I was gone and was about 1/4 full of dirty water. After my initial freakout and ill-fated attempts to clear the clog myself using a snake and good ol' drano, I decided it was time to get the pros to do their thing.

This was the first time that I'd used Drainmasters and they did not disappoint. Not only are they open 24/7, but they were extremely polite and had a guy at my doorstep in under an hour at a moments notice. These guys have great review scores on Google, and it's clear that they've earned them.

My drainmaster, Johnny, was a great guy; fast, efficient, explained what he was doing, and very confident that he could help (which took a lot of strain off my mind). He had finished up and was cleaning up after himself in no time at all and then on his way.

Overall I'm very impressed with the quality of Drainmasters and I would definitely recommend them for anyone in a plumbing jam.

Had a clogged drain, bathroom sink. Called Drainmasters who were here within 2 hours. Dwayne was friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing, gave advice to avoid the same problem in the future, and even gave me a quote and advice on a future job I need done (installation of a new hot water tank). I would recommend Drainmasters.

We used Drainmasters on 2 different occasions. Once for an emergency. Dwayne was able to come the next day to replace our toilet. We decided to update another toilet a couple of months later. Dwayne again came out to see us (same day!) and had everything replaced in short order. Drainmasters are great to deal with and we would recommend them to anyone.

A pill bottle was inadvertently dropped into one of our toilets and flushed, blocking further flushing. Called Drainmasters and a service technician (Steve) was on-site in a few hours and had the problem fixed in under an hour and this required removal of the entire bowl. I would definitely use them again and would also recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services.

Hot water tank broke down.Called Drainmasters and spoke to a very polite and warm lady by the name of Tanya.A repair man named Gary Connelly showed up within 2 hours and had the tank up and running in 15 mins.Execellent service considering i live in Cochrane.We have a heated floor which could freeze if the tank isn't working for long.Thank you to Drainmasters and Gary Connelly and Tanya for saving the day!

The workmanship was great, Dwayne was the plumber - dissappointed about the cost. I would have preferred knowing the 1.5 hr minimum at 110/hr, +GST, and + a truck charge. These I found out when the bill was written and after giving a coupon for $25. No complaints about the plumber just disappointed about the billing- hopefully they will honor waiving the $20 truck charge. Lets see.

We were in desperate need. Contacted the after hours call centre. Recieved a call back immediately. Steve was out as quickly as he could be from Calgary to strathmore. Accessed the problem, found the blockage and cleared it. This was 11 pm on a Friday night. They were clear on ot and travel and exceeded all of our needs and expectations. Hats off Drainmasters and Steve, their tech. The other guys, Roto-rooter would not even send a tech out to strathmore, even tho they advertised strathmore as a town they service......

My kitchen and bathroom sinks didn't drain water. Call to drain masters was very pleasant, the lady found me late afternoon time fast.
Then Steve came, what a wonderful young man! He thoroughly augured kitchen sink 40or more ft. Then worked on bathroom, wile explaining all the details to me. So fast and efficient, clean and polite! I will recumbent to everyone.

I was very satisfied with how quickly I received service, Dwayne was so pleasant to deal with. Everything was explained to me and I would not hesitate to recommend Drainmasters.

Dwayne from Drain Masters was very prompt and friendly. He definitely knew his job and did it efficiently.
