We replaced outdated breaker boxes in duplexes. Martin and Jeff were incredible to work with. As the duplexes had their original electrical panels there was a lot of work to be completed. Martin worked directly with the city inspectors to ensure everything met the codes while still meeting our needs. Martin and Jeff were both very attentive, professional and reliable and we highly recommend GD Electric and Controls for any electrical work. We will use them again for our electrical needs.

We were renovating out powder room and needed to move an outlet in quite a rush since we were not planning on having to move it at all and tiling was going to be done a few days later. I called and they were very helpful trying to explain what could be done. They offered to come that day to give me a better idea of what kind of cost I would be looking at. Jeff came over to look at the outlet and offered to come the next day early in the morning to fix it for us. Jeff was helpful, friendly and clean.

Martin fixed the problem in under 24 hours of contact. He immediately identified and efficiently solved the problem. Pleasant individual to work with and I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Burnt out bulbs in the kitchen vent hood and downstairs pot lights were changed and fixed - great! And a new under-cupboard light installed - wonderful. Small, but important, jobs done with professional skill and a pleasant and friendly attitude. Thank you, Jeff and Martin, I will call you again!

I had an older bathroom fan and vanity lights that needed replacement. Martin got back to me quickly with the quote and Jeff executed the work with a professional touch.
Jeff did an amazing job. The work took longer to accomplish due to the nature of the house and the old fan, but Jeff navigated the various challenges efficiently with the focus to get the job done.
Martin followed up with me to check that I was happy with the work.

I bought a new light and dimmer for my living room. I'm an architect and had been recommended an electrician but the quote received was very high. I decided to go online and came across this site. I'm happy I did as I found GD Electric there and was happy with the quickness they got in touch. Jeff came and did an amazing job with the requested job. Very professional and curtious. I had a ceiling fan to install in a ceiling 12' high and a little more complicated than I felt comfortable with. Martin had an electrician at my door at the very first date I had available and the unit was installed promptly, complete with all trims, and tested to my satisfaction in less than two hours. The electrician checked with me to see if I needed anything else before he left. I was happy to find I was able to pay my invoice on line as well.
