Old eaves and downspouts removed. Installed brand new eaves and downspouts for our entire house. Absolutely top notch service in every way. They were professional and did a great job with the installation. They always cleaned up after each day and fixed many of the issues that were caused from the builder not doing the job properly. We worked with Shawn and Shannon to get everything setup. They are both extremely nice and accommodating. The guys that did the work were also very nice and answered all my questions. The work they did is top notch and they even fixed an existing problem I'd never noticed for free. They double checked the entire site and everything was nice and clean when they left. Great group for sure!

Their crew showed up ahead of schedule and completed the work quickly and professionally. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable! Will be having them back to quote on new siding soon!

I had old gutters removed, new eavestrough added along with, Down spouts and soffits. The guys added aluminum to protect
part of the original home that was left unfinished. Very happy with Reynolds Brothers. Great communication and talked me thru the process, without any surprises. High recommended this company.

Prior to Reynolds Brothers providing the quote, I had a commitment with another company to complete the work but received a last minute notification that the owner had taken ill and could not complete the installation. Fortunately I had not yet provided a deposit to commence the work. I subsequently went online to locate another company to do the work and decided on Reynolds Brothers, and contacted them in early October to provide an onsite quotation for replacement of the entire eaves-troughing system on my residence; the next day a representative attended and provided a verbal estimate of the work required, which also included necessary repairs to a section of fascia board and soffit. Within a few days I received a written estimate [ which was totally in line with other quotes] and subsequently provided the required deposit to secure the work to be completed. But due to work already scheduled by Reynolds and the impact of possible inclement weather, I was advised that it would likely be early January 2019 before they could commence the work. But on December 13, I received a welcomed phone call that work would commence on December 19 and the crew arrived promptly at 8:00am and completed the work by 2:00pm. A couple of weeks later I contacted Reynolds about a very minor issue that required a service call, and their rep attended and addressed the issue in an expedient manner.
Reynolds Brothers provided the utmost in professionalism and quality of service in all aspects of the installation and process. The various family members and staff that I encountered were exceptional in communicating and keeping me apprised and updated from start to finish.
