I referred you to a WETT mason in your area because your chimneys were installed by a builder that did not follow the building code. I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with your WETT inspection report. The intensive work needed to bring these chimneys up to code needs to be done by a WETT certified masonry company. They can also help you with your wood furnace that did not meet code. Chimney sweep have the right to refuse a cleaning if its unsafe.
