We never dreamed we'd require an exterminator for bed bugs but are glad to have found Pest Solution Services. Pricier than other quotes but worth it in our view. The initial inspection was thorough, detailed and available the same day we called. The treatment is an integrated approach, individualized to our specific needs - not just heat / pesticide applied to the whole house as another company suggested. Follow up has been prompt, attentive and continues for 1 year. Muhammad's knowledge of entomology and his calm manner make him a pleasure to work with. We are 8 weeks in and pest-free. Fingers crossed.
