We found that we had a bed bug problem that had become serious. For some reason the bugs were biting my wife and not me, so we thought perhaps she was allergic to something. As time passed and we looked for things she might be allergic to, the problem got worse and worse. Eventually we saw the bugs themselves. After searching homestars, we called PSS. Akram came by as scheduled, inspected all the rooms in our house, recommended that we throw our box spring and keep the rest of our furniture because it was treatable, recommended that he treat two rooms (we saw a bug in the living room too), did the treatment, came back about two weeks later for a follow up inspection and treatment. I was impressed by Akram's professionalism, expertise and thoroughness. He looked for and was able to spot the smallest signs of the bugs, and we really appreciated his follow up two weeks later to make sure the job was done well.
