I decided on using Hot Electric for my electrical services because Tristan offered a competitive price and appeared to be very knowledgeable.When there is an issue with the install, Tristan lets you know ahead of time , so there is no unpleasant surprises. He did a great job and I would definitely call him again for future services.

Tristan offered us top notch service. He was on time, considerate, and skilled. He was easy to talk to, answered our questions, and made suggestions. Good communicator. Left the place clean and most importantly, everything works.

All I can say is "wow"! These young guys are hard working and committed to excellence. Tristan was superbly helpful and polite. Each step of the way was explained and even when he had to come back due to an unexpected circumstance, he met the inconvenience with grace and consideration. Sometimes trades people have a way of making you feel like everything is your fault and treat you with disregard. NOT THESE GUYS!! Friendly, helpful, skilled, hardworking, reasonably priced and committed. That's how I would describe them. We recently completed a whole house renovation. Tristan, Martin and their team at Hot Electric were brought on as the electrical trade for the project. I don't know exactly how much my general contractor paid Hot Electric but it was not an insignificant amount of the $300,000 I paid the general contractor. From the dedication and care Tristan and Martin put into their work, one can see they really love what they do. Although now covered by the walls, the wiring they ran in the walls were a work of art. They also ran the heating elements under the tiles surrounding the Jacuzzi tub. Now coming out of the tub is warm and comfy.

We had some LED strip lights that required a lot of attention to details to install under the kitchen cabinets and fireplace mantle. Martin was meticulous in getting it installed just right to get the best lighting effect. The LED lighting has become a show piece in the kitchen and living room and everyone who has seen it has commented on well it looks.

All of the lighting fixtures were hung with care and they even made the effort to make sure every screw on the wall plates were aligned.

At the end of the project, Tristan called to follow up. He came back very quickly to take care of a couple minor deficiencies.

We had to get two of our light fixtures replaced, and Tristan came by to replace them and check the wiring both times. He was bery knowledgable, friendly, and timely. Hot Electric is relable, and I will use them again in the future whenever I need an electrician.
