I've been a contractor for craft-bilt for quite awhile now, everybody there is very helpful and accommodating. All my clients are happy and satisfied with their products. I'm looking forward to doing more business with them.

Our original greenhouse kit was severely damaged in the May 2022 storm. We decided to rebuild a post and beam structure from trees that were damaged in our bush from the same storm.
We needed a roof on the Southern exposure to allow sun light in to allow the greenhouse to function.
After an exhausted search we found your company and were so pleased it was Canadian.
I was in contact with your sales department, who were very helpful and easy to work with. We ordered the low profile product and drove down to pick it up about three weeks later. After a bit of issues with the screws provided for the caps not being long enough. Your sales team were helpful and provided a new supply of longer screws. Its now installed and we are very pleased with the design and look of the product.

Needed a waterproof deck at cottage for storage and living space below.

My husband and I wanted to replace our 18 year old wood deck. While we loved the wood "treehouse look", we also wanted a dry area for the lower level walkout. After considering our options, we decided the Craft Bilt aluminum decking, railing and privacy screen would be ideal. Seeing the options available in person in the showroom helped with our choice. We added the optional lighting package which gives a delightful ambience. If choosing lighting, I would suggest keeping in mind the height of the lights to ensure the lights are below the line of sight while seated with this being easier on the eyes. We chose black railing and posts as black is easier to see through than white and also because glass panels would require more cleaning. While testing the decking samples, given the amount of sunshine our deck receives, we found the sand colour to be, again, easier on our eyes than grey which is lighter and therefore, reflects more light. As for the lower level, we added to black soffit and pot lights in the ceiling to provide a more finished look and choose wood for deck as it would be protected from the elements by the aluminum decking above. Our contractor referred to the installation instructions available on the website and he did a fabulous job. Given the investment and the detail involved, it is important to have a skilled contractor to complete the installation. We now have a beautiful outdoor area on both levels for relaxation and entertaining. Communication with the Craft Bilt team was clear, prompt and friendly. Thank you!

Although the time elapsed from ordering to pickup was somewhat long
(8 weeks) the final result was worth the wait. The awning looks great, the craftsmanship, high quality of the parts and overall build were quite evident. The installation instructions supplied were meant for an earlier awning model. One call to customer service and Sedat was extraordinarily helpful in resolving the issue.
Would recommend this company if in the market for a high quality awning.
