A couple of years ago, I requested a simple of the aluminum decking material from Craft-Bilt. I was impressed with the look and the quality of the product. Finally, I bit the bullet and placed an order to replace my upper deck. The ordering process was flawless. Rob wa great to deal with. Answered all of my questions promptly.

The order shipped a week ahead of schedule which was great. The packaging was incredible. It would be impossible to damage the product while in transit as its packaged so well.

Installation was a breeze. Despite numerous intricate edge cuts we were able to install the decking in a day and a half. The final result is a gorgeous aluminum deck that will be maintenance free for a long long time. Thank you Craft-Bilt.

I had a small 33 year old, out of code deck at the side entrance that needed to be replaced. I looked at composite decking but wasn't happy with the material/installation of the canopy. When I saw the high quality Craft-Bilt material I knew this was what I wanted. My experience dealing with Craft-Bilt from the initial contact with Sedat who provided the estimate through the completion of the project with Stephane and Jer has been first class. The crew was meticulous, they paid close attention to detail and cleaned up at the end of the day.
The canopy was a bit of a challenge as the clearance over the door is very small. It doesn't block too much light into the kitchen which was a concern I had. The deck, railing and canopy have enhanced the curb appeal. A good testimonial comes from the nieghbours and many dog walkers who stopped to admire and comment on the deck and canopy.

My husband and I are very happy with the quality of Craft-Bilt aluminum products as well as their installation services. Sedat even came up with a custom solution to allow installation on our exterior stucco without risk of cracking it. Our handrail is very sturdy and was installed within the timeframe promised. Found CraftBilt's website online. Couldn't find polycarbonate in any stores that would fit our need. Folks I talked to at CraftBilt were very friendly and responsive. I was a little concerned that myself and my contractor had never worked with this type of roofing material. Turns out the instructions were very easy to follow and the materials all performed as advertised. The pieces fit together and look awesome on our cedar frame. Had an issue with customs since order was coming to the US, but everyone involved made it work with minimal disruption. Very Happy!

The installation crew were very professional and even took time to listen to my stories, very friendly. I'd love to have them back for another project. The gazebo is an elongated octagon the crew were marvellous at precisely putting it together. The product is very smart looking and the joints fit together without gaps. I'm very impressed. My family and I will enjoy our new gazebo for years if not decades to come.

Last year we had our 18x20 deck built. Afterwards, I knew that I wanted to put a good quality permanent 3 season’s room on it. I was looking for a Gazebo of better quality and with longer life than what is sold in Big Box & local Hardware stores. Got on the Web and found Craft-Bilt, a Canadian company that seem to have just what I was looking for.

It was my first time dealing with Craft-Bilt and I was unsure of what kind of experience it would be buying a Gazebo kit and having it shipped from Ontario to New-Brunswick to then be assembled.The sales people at Craft-Bilt answered all my questions and assured me they could deliver the product to my home and provide follow up support while it was being assembled. I ordered the 12x15 Luxury Gazebo with the electrical conduits option. The Kit (all 1700 lbs of it) arrived in good shape and was very well packed on 2 skids. There was not much documentation supplied but after speaking with Sedat from Craft-Bilt, he sent me a video and many pictures of the assembly procedures. He also gave us excellent service and prompt answers to our questions while on the job. The quality and fit are excellent.

For those that have seen it , the question that always comes up is, “where did you get this?” I have to say that at 12 X 15 ft. It’s quite impressive to walk into.

We had been looking for a replacement aluminum awning to match our original one. Found out about Craft-Bilt and emailed them. Sedat contacted me within 24 hours. Measurements were taken and awning installed in less time than originally expected. Quality product, professional installers, excellent company to work with. We couldn't be happier. I was having trouble finding a new patio screen door for a park model mobile home. These doors are not standard so you cannot pick one up at your local building stores. I had mentioned my dilemma to a few friends and one of them knew someone who had just replaced his screen door with Craft-bilt. She mentioned that he was very happy with the door and that Customer Service was very easy to work with. I have to agree with this. Nithi was very knowledgeable and made the purchase very easy. The door fits, works, and looks great. It even came in earlier than expected.
