Metro Plumbing & Drains

My kitchen had a very annoying leaky faucet, and it was bothering me. I had a fridge magnet and a discount from Metro Plumbing so I gave a call. And everything was very smooth. The tech came and said that it would be best to replace the faucet as it was old, I wanted to do so as well so I agreed, he had one in his truck. An hour in and out tops. Great job Metro!

Kitchen sink clogged, so I called in to Metro last week to ask for an estimate on my kitchen drain (it was constantly backing up, and had a bad smell). They told me that since it was the weekend there would be a trip charge, and offered to schedule it on the Monday morning, when it was free. We decided on 10:30 AM, and the tech showed up about 10 minutes early (a first in my book). He was a very nice man, asked me a few questions and then looked at the drain. He said that it needed to be snaked, and gave me a great price, an hour later, he was gone and so was the bad smell from the drain. He was quick, explained everything, and also very neat. I loved the experience; it was a no hassle type of thing. I Will definitely return to Metro for future repairs.

These guys quoted competitively, presented professionally, very pleasant to deal with these pros. We have used them 4 times over 3 yrs of this old house. Always done the best work for us.

I live in a house that is on a hill, I have been in this house with my family for about a year now. In the last couple of weeks, Toronto has been having a lot of rain coming down. And last week my neighbor told me that his basement flooded because of the rain and lots of his things turned into trash. He said that he called Metro Plumbing and Drains, and the tech recommended that he got a backwater valve to prevent this from ever happening again. He said he did and that he was very happy with the service, also he said that he got a discount because of the City of Toronto Basement Flooding Subsidy. Since he was very pleased and I decided to protect my home with them as well. I gave them a call and booked an estimate. Everything worked out very well, finished the job in a couple of days, were great at accommodating my availability, left the place very clean, and best of all, they explained what they were doing, they even showed some pictures. I had a great experience, will definitely use their services in the future.

Great work on two faucets in my two bathroom. Needed both of them to be installed on new fancy sinks. Not even a single scratched on them, which is great. Sealed accurately and in general the work is done neatly. Thanks to Vadim.

hello. I would like to share my experience of working with company Metro Plumbing and drains. I have heard of them from friends of mine who did their bathroom project a while ago. I had an emergency with my kitchen faucet being completely broken and leaking. It happened on Sat afternoon and it was no hope for me in fin the evening finding a plumber available immediately. Luckily plumber from Metro was able to come in the evening and fix the faucet. He had everything handy, even a new kitchen faucet. Great job! Thanks to the Metro plumber and my friends who gave me the company number :)

The plumbing company I used to work with previously was booked, so I went with the first one that came up on Google search list. It was an urgency in my situation, because there is only one bathroom in my apartment, with one sink, which p-trap was leaking, preventing us from using the sink. I was really impressed with the service. First of all, they had plumber available, who agreed to go to downtown Toronto (to be honest, it’s always an issue with contractors). Plumber arrived next day, as promised, fixed the leaking p-reap very quickly and determined other issues, which I’m considering to fix further on. Far price and high quality job. Will go with Metro Plumbing next time.

I live in a old house in Toronto, and decided to change one of the washrooms on the main floor because it was very weak. I had a Metro Pluming flyer layd around and decided to give them a call. In brief, the rep. on the phone was very sweet and helpful. She explained how the free estimates yet did not give me a price over the phone. The tech came the next day and gave me an acceptable price, the job was done the next day when the toilet was delivered. Very clean, professional and nice. Will use them in the future.

Had no luck finding a plumber that returned calls, was reliable, reasonable priced and did a good job. Then I found Metro Plumbing which was responsive, could come on short notice and did a great job for a fair price Special mention to the technician Vadym who was excellent and we have used on two separate occasions.
