I called METRO Plumbing & Drains because my main water vale was not shutting water off completely and needed replacement. They advised me to call city, because the work required city water shut off. I scheduled two appointments at 11 AM and was surprised when both city technician and METR Plumbing & Drains plumber showed up at 11 AM sharp.

Vadim from METRO Plumbing & Drains completed his work in under below 2 hrs. Main valve and some leaking copper tubing were replaced. He left the work area very clean and we like his confidence and professional approach. I would call the company for any other plumbing or drain work in a heartbeat and would not hesitate to recommend it to a friend or a neighbour.

I called Metro Sunday night because of the sewage back up in the basement. I was not even expecting that someone will actually answer the phone that late in the night. Vadym was very courteous and promised to be on site from 8 to 9 in the morning. He was there on time and did the diagnostics using the camera. Old clay pipes were clogged with roots and needed to be replaced. The work was done in one day only in a very professional manner. This is the second time we are using Metro services and both times experience was great. Excellent customer service. Definitely would recommend to anybody.

Super quick to respond and book the appointment. For clogged drain, came in 2 hours and in 1/2 hour everything was done. For leaking pipe - super job!!! had to cut the drywall - everything was done neat, quick, professional with superb quality! Ask for Andrei, and you will not be disappointed! Will definitely call them again if plumbing work is needed. Exceptional Job and Great Customer service! Andrei is a top level professional... knows his job very well!

Vadim and his team are consummate professionals. The price quote was very reasonable compared to other companies, and the price did not change even after there was extra work to remove old pipe. The job was done in a professional and timely manner and Vadim came out several times to check on the progress. Best plumbing experience we have ever had --recommend wholeheartedly!

A while back we noticed that there was some water in our basement and we called Metro as we trusted them with several jobs prior. We called and asked if Andrie (our usual tech) could come and the dispatch was happy to send him over. So when he came he looked around our basement for a few minutes and came to the conclusion that this issue was in our sump pump and that it needed to be replaced. He gave us an estimate for the price and it was good. And then drove off to get the new pump. He got back in about .5 hours and spent some time replacing the pump. When he left the basement looked spotless, there was no water and everything was working. Great customer service and a great job all around.

My basement toilet wasn’t working so I called Metro for an estimate. The plumber came at the exact

time (I was surprised). He then gave me his honest opinion saying that he could unclog the toilet (other

companies said that it needed to be replaced) and gave me a good price. I was thrilled with the news

and agreed. He ended up snaking the toilet and was done everything very fast. I would like to thank

Metro for their honestly and care for customers. I will definitely be calling them again.

I called Metro Plumbing and Drains after I came back from my vacation and my neighbors failed to watch my house. I was really mad and irritated as I came home after a long day of travel and was faced with my water not working. I called them and they came later in the evening. The plumber took about half an hour to fix my pipes and he charged a good price for it. I was very pleased to have such a quick and well done repair at such a price.

I contacted Metro Plumbing to find out why my water stopped. The service person was on time, very nice, reviewed the system, found the problem and then showed me how he came to his conclusion, making sure that I understood. I not only got help, I learned something about the water system! He then gave me advice on how to proceed as it was a city water problem, not one internal to the house. I would not hesitate to recommend Metro Plumbing!!
