The tiles had never been sealed when we bought the condo so they were in bad shape. Ramiro worked all day to buff and restore them to looking like new.

Situation: 20 years old porcelain tiles on the main floor, a few cracked ones, cracked or missing grout in places, darkened grout in high traffic areas. No spare tiles and the model has been out of stock for ages, so replacement was not an option.
Solution: Ramiro deep cleaned the grout and tiles, repaired the grout where needed, injected thinset under the tiles that moved and stabilized them, coloured and sealed the grout.
Result: The floor looks like new, the creaks have stopped, the cracks have disappeared. We are very pleased with the result and were impressed by Ramiro's punctuality, effort and tenacity in getting the best possible result.

We needed to do something with the ceramic tile on our kitchen floor, after 20 + years there were some cracked tiles and the grout was pretty poor in some areas. A friend recommended Ramiro so I called him up, discussed the situation and he gave me a quote on the phone and we set up a date for him to do the job. It was all very simple and straight forward. His work was impecable. He removed and replaced the chipped tiles with little mess or noise, matched the colour of the old grout and cleaned and sealed the entire kitchen & hall floor. The floors look as if they were newly installed and you realy have to look to find where the tiles were replaced and new grout used. I would recommend him to anyone looking to give their tile floors a facelift.
