My experience went very well.
When I first went to home depot to enquire about the window, they told me now was a good time to place the order as would be processed quickly...True to there word It only took a month.
I was very pleased with how it all transpired, the workman ship by Vdas was excellent.
From every little detail, instalment , caulking , to the capping of the outside of the window & very clean zero mess left behind.
I previously had another casement window installed by another company a year earlier with nothing but aggravation & lack of communication.
I definitely made the right choice this time with home depot & I will use them in the future...You will have no regrets...
