Moe came immediately when he said he would and was very patient and so honest with me, he said to call him any time which I had to do the next day [a Saturday].He came once again and did an excellent job on my old problem downspout.He was so patient and helpful ..got the job done perfectly.I would absolutely recommend this company to everyone who wants good honest service and very reasonable price,Susan.

Moe did a great job installing a leaf guard on my gutter. I have a huge birch tree at the front of my house, and I occasionally get leaves backing it up. I also thought there could be a slope issue. I called a few places, including Moe at The Gutter Patrol, and I got the best vibe from him. He was professional and prompt. When Moe came out he gave me some options, and what was great is that he did not oversell -- he was very honest with me. He cleaned my gutter, checked the slope (noting that everything is fine) and then did a very clean and meticulous job of installing the leaf guard. I was very pleased, and so I will definitely use Moe again in the future if I run into gutter issues or if I want additional guards installed. His prices are also reasonable, and he knows other tradespeople for other projects that he can recommend.

Moe has a good ol' fashioned approach to customer service - focus on what needs to be done, do it when you say you will, get it done right, and don't overcharge. He also has an innovative approach to protecting downspouts from damage which we really appreciated. Nice job, nice guy!

Moe contacted me very quickly after I emailed the company. He came out to the house shortly after to do an estimate and wanted to do the work right away. He seemed a bit disorganized as he called again to arrange an estimate after it had already been done. When he came to do the work he stuck to his estimate even when he realized that the job was much bigger than he thought. When I called him back to check on something, he came promptly - only for me to realize it was something I had originally told him not to bother repairing. He was very nice about being brought out again and even gave me a piece of flashing for my husband to fix himself. Nice guy, good work and cleanup.

Moe came and did a great job cleaning the gutters and fixing many of them. A couple months later water came down between the roof and the gutter in one side spot, I called him and and he came and fixed it for good. Good service, cheaper than everybody else and did exactly what he said he would. Recommended for sure.
