These guys are awesome! They helped my mom and I move all of our belongings from a 3+ bedroom house to a storage unit. They were very considerate of our things and very efficient in loading the truck so that everything fit into one load. They also made sure to fit everything into the storage space that we had. We even had an expensive grandfather clock which they took care of wrapping and transporting carefully. Absolutely recommend Marian and his team!

Moving is stressful at the best of times and picking a good moving team to help is paramount to make your day easier. Marian, Cezar and the Toronto Pro Moving and Storage team are everything you read here and more. It would take me more that the allotted space to describe how good they are at what they do. But, I can assure you this from the start of my research with the big moving companies this firm under Marian and Cezar will be one to be reckoned with due to services provided, price and finally down to earth professionalism. They made my move easy and had a full team that worked tirelessly to ensure they took care of our stuff, as it was theirs. Now my custom Mennonite furniture and is big and heavy and they made sure to take care of every piece in the move even in narrow space. They also made sure not to “ding” the walls in both move out home and move in home. They also did a great job with our baby grand piano. If they can take the utmost care of a baby grand piano in a move and store it without issues then this was a pinnacle part of the move. This was a test and my wife was not sure to go with them because not everyone can take apart a piano, move it and store it and then reassemble unless you are an expert; well I guess they are now my experts. I would say that they did the best every I could expect and more on my move, storage and remove with my move. They are par none the best team for my move and to top it off, I will invite them back for a BBQ once I settle in and that is to show my appreciation of their superior work in my families move. Marian's team was awesome! They took away my stress and was able to execute the whole moving process seamlessly. The team knew that we had a tight elevator schedule (moving from condo....to storage on 2nd floor....then to another condo). I wasn't ready when they arrived, everything was all over the place and was very impressed that they brought the right items to the right place (storage vs condo). All was done within quoted time which was amazing due to the fact that there was a lot of travelling. I had special instructions that my sofa needed special care and I am happy that they took it to heart during the moving process. I am impressed and thought the service was worth every penny! Will definitely call them back for my next move.

I moved with them yesterday and am totally satisfied, great customer service and prompt reply, the movers were on time, quick, professional, and the price was really competitive. I will totally recommend them.

Professional, friendly service from start to finish. Competitively priced. Clean, well kept trucks were fully stocked with all materials necessary to safely move our possessions. Items were wrapped and stored securely in the truck. We were kept informed of arrival time and the packing time estimate was bang on. All questions were answered promptly. Marian and Cezar from Toronto Pro Movers are the utmost in professionalism and their costs are very competitive. I am a realtor and have recommended them to many clients and all of them have been extremely happy with their services and cost.

Marian and his team at Toronto Pro Moving and Storage were a pleasure to deal with. Courteous, professional, responsive, careful, fast (no wasted time), competitive price, and service oriented are just a few ways to describe their business practices. We had them move us from our home into storage for three months and then into our renovated new home. Can't say enough other than I highly recommend them!!

Excellent company. Was very satisfied from beginning to end.. no stress at all. Company responded to my questions promptly and the movers arrived on time, were very careful, polite and respectful. They did an excellent job. Thank you to all. I would definitely hire this company again.

We had a terrible experience with Toronto Pro services. They showed up 1.5 hours late. Marian told us he would be there but sent inexperienced workers instead and didn't show up until several hours later. He advised us that him and his movers would wear protection for their shoes and they did not. As a result some of our stairs were damaged as outlined in the pic below with the stain rubbed out on the edge of a couple stairs. The workers were clearly inexperienced and could not get our couches in the basement of our new home. As a result of their efforts, they created a hole in the wall as seen in the attached picture. When Marian showed up, several hours later, he was able to quickly show his workers that the couches could be disassembled and reassembled very easily, which made them extremely easy to take downstairs. Also proving their inexperience, they were unable to get an armoire into the master bedroom. We were subsequently able to move it up ourselves a week later in about half an hour with two people, and they were unable to do it with three or four people. Lastly, in transporting our goods they damaged our television as seen in the picture. We contacted Marian a week later after we finally got around to setting up the TV and noticed it was broken. Marian would not acknowledge that his workers broke the TV, however it can clearly be seen that the screen was damaged in the move. Marian had the audacity to ask whether it was damaged before the move, which it certainly was not as we had been using it up to the day prior. Why would we want to move a broken TV??? Marian advised that he would come over to take a look at the television, and after several attempts to arrange a time, Marian never confirmed with us. All in all just a horrible experience.
